NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Sphere Entertainment Co., operators of The Sphere in Las Vegas, announced the hire of Jennifer Koester for the role of President, Sphere Business Operations effective February 5th.
In her new role at Sphere Entertainment, Koester will oversee strategy and execution of the company’s business operations, including calendar and ticket sales for the company’s proprietary shows and attractions. She will also work on developing strategic partnerships, focusing on exclusive bookings for the high-tech venue with artists, managers, and promoters, as well as developing a corporate conference business for product launches and other events.
Koester will be based in New York and report directly to James Dolan, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Sphere Entertainment.
She joins Sphere Entertainment with a wealth of experience across sales, marketing, technology, and digital business. Her past senior roles include stints at Google and Cablevision.
Ms. Koester received a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in management information system and services from Binghamton University.
