NEW YORK (CelebrityAccess) — Primary Wave Music announced the hire of Agnes Kacicki, who joins the music publisher as Head of Corporate Development.
In her new role at Primary Wave, Kacicki will coordinate with Primary Wave’s CEO & Founder, Larry Mestel, with a focus on larger acquisitions that include publishing catalogs, as well as music platforms.
In addition, Kacicki will seek to expand the company’s international partnerships portfolio and will work with Bill Cisneros, Primary Wave’s President of IP Investment Management, and Ramon Villa, Primary Wave’s Chief Operating Officer, to assist with investor relations.

Kacicki joins Primary Wave from RBC Capital Markets where she was a Director in the Investment Banking division, specializing in advising and raising capital for entertainment opportunities, particularly for content production & distribution companies in the music publishing and recorded music sectors.
Kacicki holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
