LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) — Ticketing platform Vivid Seats and sports and entertainment giant AEG, announced a new partnership that will see Vivid Seats become the official secondary ticketing marketplace partner of the LA Kings (NHL) and the LA Galaxy (MLS).
Under the terms of the deal, which was orchestrated by AEG Global Partnerships, Vivid Seats will allow fans from both teams to purchase resale tickets for all regular season games from its platform, the companies said.
The deal is the first for Vivid Seats with an NHL team, bolstering their already sizeable footprint in the world of sports ticketing.
Additionally, the partnership will see the two companies stage co-branded on-site activations on game days and will provide Vivid Seats’ customers with access to certain designated premium seating areas at Dignity Health Sport Park, home of the LA Galaxy, and Crypto.com Arena, home of the LA Kings.
