LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — The board shakeup at Hipgnosis continued this week as longtime independent non-executive director Syliva Coleman announced her resignation, effective immediately.
“We’re very grateful to Sylvia for the support she’s given to the Company and I am especially appreciative of the help she’s provided to me and my fellow new Board Directors over the last few months as the Board has transitioned and reshaped itself. I would like to thank her and wish her all the best for success in the future,” stated Robert Naylor, Chairman of Hipgnosis Songs Fund Limited.
Coleman has served on the board since November 2019 and brought substantial experience in the label world to her board role, including senior roles at EMI and Sony Music.
Her departure follows the appointment of private equity veteran Christopher Mills, who was named to a non-executive director seat in December.
