LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) – Universal Music Publishing Group (UMPG) has signed songwriter/rapper/performer DaBaby to an exclusive global administration deal.
DaBaby is currently signed to South Coast Music Group (SCMG) in partnership with Interscope, which along with UMPG is owned by Universal Music Group (UMG). His current hits include the RIAA double Platinum-certified “Suge” (248 million streams), “Baby Sitter” ft. Offset (90 million streams), “Goin Baby” (90 million streams), “Bop” (50 million streams), “Vibez” (47 million streams), and “Intro” (35 million streams).
DaBaby’s debut album Kirk was released in September 2019 and hit No. 1 in the US. The 13-song album featured collaborations with Chance The Rapper, Nicki Minaj, Gucci Mane, Lil Baby, Kevin Gates, Stunna4Vegas and Migos. He has also featured on Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts,” Lil Nas X “Panini,” Gucci Mane’s “Richer Than Errybody,” Post Malone “Enemies,” YG’s “Stop Snitchin,” and Megan Thee Stallion’s “Cash Shit.”
