(CelebrityAccess) — On Monday night, British synth-pop group The 1975 performed their latest hit “Frail State Of Mind” on Late Night With Stephen Colbert.
For the stripped-down performance, frontman Matt Healy was resplendent in a puffy North Face ski jacket and a long, flowing skirt as he bopped among the synths operated by his bandmates.
The dance-friendly single, which seems to take its cues from the sound of early UK acid house, is the third cut from the 1975’s forthcoming fourth studio album Notes on a Conditional Form.
The album is scheduled for release next February via Dirty Hit and Polydor Records and follows up their successful 2018 album “A Brief Inquiry into Online Relationships.”
