ARLINGTON, TX (CelebrityAccess) — Outlaw country star Chris Stapleton has been announced as the first-ever headliner to perform at the new Texas Rangers baseball stadium, Globe Life Field when it opens next year.
Stapleton is scheduled to perform at the stadium on March 14th, with guests Willie Nelson & Family, Jamey Johnson, and Yola.
Tickets for the Live Nation-produced concert are slated to go on sale on Nov 1st, with a fan club presale set for Oct. 29th.
The 40,000-capacity stadium has been under construction since 2017, and will serve as home field for the Texas Rangers and will feature a retractable roof, unlike its predecessor Globe Life Park.
