LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAcccess) — Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan presale for what is likely to be one of the hottest concerts of the year, briefly went off the rails on Thursday due to technical issues, prompting an apology from the ticketing giant.
Numerous fans who had received presale codes for the Verified Fan presale for tickets to Billie Eilish’s upcoming tour reported long waits, being locked out of the presale system, or losing their place in line due to technical glitches.
The snafus led Ticketmaster to acknowledge that there were technical issues on Thursday afternoon along with an apology.

Eilish later took to social media to apologize to fans for the technical issues and let people know the ticket presale was up and running again.
