(CelebrityAccess) – Colombian producer Mateo Cano, also known as Tezzel, has signed an exclusive deal with Universal Music Latin Entertainment as executive producer. He will be tasked with developing new talent for the label.
Tezzel, who primarily focuses on electronic music, has worked with artists such as J Balvin, Reykon, Mario Bautista, Mariah, Abraham Mateo, Pitizion, Cali and El Dandee, as well as with producers such as Sky and Mosty. As the founder of Tezzla Records, he has also developed projects with artists such as Vibarco and Lorduy of Piso21.
Commenting on his appointment, Tezzel said: “I feel very fortunate to join Universal Music family, I have always considered it an honor to be here, fulfilling my dream. This motivates me to work much more for my projects and infinite thanks to the people who have accompanied me in this process.”
