NASHVILLE (CelebrityAccess) – Scott Borchetta’s Super 98 Holdings has reportedly acquired 0.9 acres of land on Music Row in Nashville in a deal valued at $6 million, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
The property, which is located at 1208-1216 17th Ave. S. was purchased from H. Ray Ragsdale, aka Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Ray Stevens.
The deal brings the total amount of land on Music Row owned by Borchetta’s Super 98 Holdings to a reported 2.5 acres.
Borchetta’s Big Machine Label Group (former home to Taylor Swift) was acquired by Scooter Braun’s Ithaca Holdings earlier this year in a highly-publicized deal believed to be worth around $300m. Borchetta has since joined the Ithaca board, acquiring a minority interest in the company. He remains President and CEO of BMLG, which continues to operate out of Nashville.
