Former American Idol contestant Tori Kelly made her debut on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Wednesday night when she performed her newest single “Sorry Would Go a Long Way.”
During the heartfelt and spare performance, Kelly, accompanied by a single acoustic guitar, showed off the vocal range that helped her to win both a Billboard Music Award and a Grammy for Best Gospel Album earlier this year.
Kelly, who is managed by Scooter Braun, released her third studio album, Inspired by True Events, Capitol Records last Friday.
As of yet, she’s not announced any tour plans in conjunction with the new material, but she’s lined up to perform at Kaboo Amplified in San Diego on September 13th.
