CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Chance The Rapper announced he’s planning a major North American tour in support of his debut studio album “The Big Day” which dropped on Friday.
The Grammy award-winning artist will hit the road at the Chase Center in San Francisco on Sept. 14th, with plans for 34 additional dates across the U.S. and Canada.
While most of the shows are arena dates, there are several festival plays, including the Life is Beautiful Festival and the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Sept 20 an 21; and the tour’s closer at Miami Beach Pop on Nov. 10.
A Chicago native and a member of the Chicago hip-hop collective SaveMoney, Chance The Rapper made a name for himself with a trio of mixtapes which garnered critical praise and streaming success. His debut LP “The Big Day” includes collabs with John Legend, Knox Fortune, Gucci Mane, Francis and the Lights, and Nicki Minaj.
