TORONTO (CelebrityAccess) A video has emerged of the moment Toronto Police chased down, tackled and apprehended one of the suspected shooters at Monday’s Toronto Raptors championship parade.
The video starts with a man dressed in black trying to run but is taken down by two bicycle police. The man appears to be holding a gun.

Other police join in and one starts punching the suspect. One tells the crowd to “get out of here.
Meanwhile, another video from earlier includes the sound of four gunshots.

Four people suffered injuries; three people were arrested and two weapons recovered.
Team announcer Matt Devlin was credited with calming the crowd, telling them to “Please, stay calm” while Drake took to the microphone to tell the audience to hug one another.
