BERLIN (CelebrityAccess) — Reggae, dancehall and hip hop collective Seeed have signed an exclusive record deal with BMG ahead of the release of their first new album in seven years.
The Berlin-based Seeed is highly popular in Germany, with 4 albums, all of which hit gold or platinum status in Germany, as well as numerous hit singles.
The group, which is comprised of 11 members including three singers, a horn section and a DJ., fuses dance hall, reggae and German hip-hop, are noted for their energetic live performances.
Past collaborations for Seeed include Tanya Stephens, Anthony B, and Cee-Lo Green.
