CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Music news site and tastemaker Pitchfork announced plans to bring their festival back to Chicago, in July, with headliners Haim, The Isley Brothers and Robyn leading the bill.
Now in its 14th year, Pitchfork will take place from July 19 through Sunday, July 21 at Union Park in Chicago.
Other performers lined up for the fest include Mavis Staples, Earl Sweatshirt, Jeremih, Belle & Sebastian, Kurt Vile, Pusha-T, Neneh Cherry, Stereolab, Charlie XCX, Clairo, Whitney and numerous others.
Organizers for the festival also promises amenities such as the CHIRRP Record Fair featuring vinyl selections from indie labels, local record stores, and vendors; the Flatstock poster fair, Book Fort, a roving book fair; and a kids zone.
Festival organizers also touted Pitchfork Plus, a VIP experience that includes air-conditioned bathrooms, complimentary storage lockers, private bars, an elevated viewing platform for the festival, storage lockers, and curated food and cocktails from a notable but yet unnamed Chicago restaurant.
Tickets for the fest will set you back $150 for general admission or $300 for the ‘plus’ package, with prices going up for last minute purchases.
