SANTA YNEZ, Calif. (CelebrityAccess) As “Leaving Neverland” is preparing to launch on HBO tomorrow, the house at the epicenter of the Michael Jackson documentary has gone on the market, and at a good price – at least versus its previous price tag.

The 2,689-acre estate, which no longer includes an amusement park or zoo, is on sale for $31 million. The original listing in 2015 was for $100 million, which was reduced to $67 million in 2017.

“Neverland” is now known as the Sycamore Valley Ranch and is located 40 miles outside Santa Barbara, Calif. It has a 12,500-square-foot main house, three guests houses plus other buildings. Jackson bought the property in 1987 for $19.5 million.

The main house has six bedrooms, a lighted tennis court, a train depot, and an entertainment pavilion. It also may include Jackson’s ghost.

The property is repped the Compass real estate agency.
