LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Dave Grohl, who recently postponed two Foo Fighters shows because of arm surgery, appears to be doing well and certainly has both arms working, according to recent photos posted on Instagram.
Grohl recently appeared at the Pollstar Live! conference in Los Angeles wearing a sling on his arm, telling the audience in a keynote conversation with Live Nation’s Michael Rapino that he had to have arm surgery and was the culprit for his band having to postpone two shows in New Orleans after the band put out the following, ambiguous message:
“Due to a bandmember injury, Foo Fighters have been forced to reschedule their the two-night grand opening of The Fillmore New Orleans, the multi-million-dollar live music venue inside Harrah’s New Orleans casino, on February 15-16.”
It only came clear who the culprit was when Grohl brandished his sling at the Pollstar conference
”This is something I’ve had to deal with for a long time and it’s not the end of the world but I did have to have surgery on my arm because I need it to pay the rent,” he said from stage. “Right before they wheeled me in [for surgery] the guys said ‘hey, we’re going to give you something that’s going to make you feel really good’ and I thought I finally get to take a nap.”
Those days appear to be over with a recent visit to Fidelity Denim, which makes handcrafted premium denim in Los Angeles.
