LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) AEG Presents has announced that Nick Spampanato, former GM of the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., has been appointed senior VP of venue operations.
Spampanatno will report to the company’s chief operating officer, Shawn Trell.
“We are extremely pleased to have Nick join our growing team. His experience and track record of running and managing venues as well as event production speaks for itself and we look forward to having Nick bring his skill set to bear on our owned and operated clubs and theaters,” Trell said.
Spampanato was most recently senior VP and GM of the Forum and previously served as GM of the Beacon Theatre in New York City. He also served as GM of the Hollywood Palladium and The WIltern in 2008 and 2009, respectively. In addition, Spampanato managed the backstage operations for the Gibson Amphitheatre beginning in 1992.
