CHICAGO (CelebrityAccess) — Embattled R&B artist R. Kelly has been indicted on 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four alleged victims, Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx said Friday.
In a press conference, Foxx detailed the charges against Robert Kelly, which addresses alleged incidents ranging from 1998 to 2010 and included victims between the ages of 13 and 17.
The charges also allege that Kelly used force or the threat of force.
On Friday, a judge issued a no-bail warrant for Kelly’s arrest in connection with the charges arrayed against him.
Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg, said on social media that his client planned to surrender himself to police later today.
If convicted, Kelly could face seven years in prison for each charge.
According to CNN, the charges were based on newly unearthed videos that appear to show Kelly engaged in explicit sexual activity with under-aged women, including a girl who identified herself as 14 years old in the recording
