LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) The alleged pilfering of Mötley Crüe’s farewell tour stage production continues, with the band’s Nikki Sixx accusing KISS of copying part of the Crüe’s show – the same farewell tour that had a roller coaster that also was the topic of a recent accusation.
KISS played the Forum in Inglewood, Calif., Saturday night. Prior to the performance, Sixx posted photos on Instagram that compared cranes used to float Crue members above the crowd with cranes used to float members of KISS above the crowd.
“If ya wanna see an exact reenactment of this just go to the Los Angeles Forum tonight,” Sixx said. In another he added, “Wow. Our body wasn’t even cold before they took this exact grande finale from out tour. Might not matter to Kiss fans but it does to the Crue fans.”

He added, “I dug their music when I was a little kid and it was cool to co-headline together a few years, but this disappoints me. Anyway. Onwards and upwards.”
In November, Crue drummer Tommy Lee went on a tweet storm against rapper Travis Scott and the use of a roller coaster in his Astroworld tour production.
“Just found out this fucking idiot @travisscott or someone on his team ripped off the 360 AND The Crüecifly! WTF!! Get an original idea bro,” Lee tweeted, adding, “ANNNNND not one rip off but TWO. DOPE. I get copying is a form of flattery, but this is just straight ripping off my shit. What do you guys think???”
Also, “And the plot thickens! After I and our production crew created the 360 and Crüecifly, We hired a company called SGPS in Las Vegas to create it. WELLLLL GUESS WHO’S DOING TRAVIS’S SET DESIGN???? Fucking SGPS! So all u mothafuckas tellin me I’m not right can fuck off.”
The Crüe used the cranes during their 2014-15 farewell tour.
