BOSTON, MA (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation has pacted with the Rockland Trust Company in a new naming-rights deal for Blue Hills Bank Pavilion that will see the landmark venue renamed as the Rockland Trust Bank Pavilion.
The 5,000-capacity venue is situated in Boston Harbor and adjacent to Rowes Wharf, in the city’s Seaport neighborhood..
The amphitheater hosts about 40 shows a year and sees attendance of more than 180,000 annually. Some of the most notable acts to perform at the shed in recent years include Sting, Diana Ross, Van Morrison, and Don Henley.
