PARIS (CelebrityAccess) — Chris Brown, who was one of three people arrested in Paris over the weekend following accusations of rape, is reportedly suing his accuser for defamation.
Brown’s attorney Raphaël Chiche tweeted on Thursday that he had filed a complaint against Brown’s accuser, alleging “slanderous denunciation” of his client.
According to Agence France-Presse Chiche asserted that Brown had “no sexual relationship in any way whatsoever with the complainant.”
At the same time, Franck Serfati, an attorney for Brown’s accuser, who remains anonymous, alleged that his client was psychologically pressured into having sex with Brown and two of Brown’s associates at what was described as a cocaine and alcohol-fueled party.
French authorities’ are continuing to investigate the incident.
Brown and two other individuals were arrested and questioned about the alleged incident before being released without charge on Tuesday.
