SAN JOSE, Calif. (CelebrityAccess) As heavy rains continue to cause havoc in California (including trapping Soulja Boy’s car in a mudslide in Malibu), the inclement weather caused the cancellation of the third night of the AT&T Playoff Playlist Live event at SAn Jose’s Discover Meadow Park Jan. 6.
The College Football Playoff concert series was to feature Ellie Goulding, OneRepublic and The Regrettes. Previous night performances included Alessia Cara, Logic and Leon Bridges.
However, organizers and local authorities were concerned for the safety of spectators and performers “in light of high winds and standing water” and announced the show would not be rescheduled.
Goulding took to Twitter to let her fans know of the cancellation but apparently it didn’t stop her from cruising the concourse, snapping a photo with the servers at one of the concession booths.
