BRAZIL (CelebrityAccess) Iggy Azalea’s performance at a Brazilian stadium was halted because one of her backup dancers collapsed during a song because of a seizure.
Azalea was performing at Macarana Stadium in Rio de Janeiro Dec. 27 when the dancer collapsed. Azalea stopped the music, called for a medic, then began singing the song “Black Widow” before the music stopped. She has received a backlash online for continuing to perform during the incident.

“It feels like ANY thing I do becomes an opportunity for people to tell me why I’m s***, why my music sucks, my clothes are ugly, why I don’t matter or why I’m a horrible person. I’m worn down,” Azalea said. “Everyone is just trying to make it through their day. Could we be a little kinder to each other? Seeing how much people enjoy being awful to one another is depressing.”
Azalea said the dancer was overwhelmed by the lights and heat, and that she is feeling much better. Azalea added that she thought at first the dancer just fell down or twisted an ankle.
