FLORENCE, S.C. (CelebrityAccess) Kodak Black is facing possible prison time for an alleged sexual assault in South Carolina in 2016 and is scheduled for a jury trial in April.
The rapper, real name Bill K. Kapri, was charged with first-degree sexual assault last October for an incident in February 2016 when Kapri allegedly raped a teenage girl in a Comfort Inn and Suites after a performance at the Treasure City nightclub in Florence, S.C., according to AllHipHop News.
The girl reported the rape to her school nurse at the time, according to reports, marking her as underage, AllHipHop said.
Kapri recently arrived in South Carolina for a court hearing. He his facing up to 30 years in prison.
