LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Gene Simmons is being sued by a woman who accuses him of sexual battery, claiming he groped her at a Rock & Brews restaurant opening in 2016.
The woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims she was working as a dishwasher at the restaurant when it opened Dec. 6, 2016, according to court documents obtained by The Blast. She claims she did not know who Simmons was when he entered the kitchen but agreed to take a picture with him. According to documents, when she moved closer to him, he “reached over and forcefully placed his hand on her vagina, completely covering it.”
The documents say she witnessed Simmons act “in a sexually charged manner with other women”and saw him touch their hair and “tell them to unbutton their shirts.”
Doe is seeking a trial jury and suing for unspecified damages.
Simmons was accused of sexual battery a year ago by a woman who claimed she witnessed he made “unwanted, unwarranted sexual advances” during a radio station interview that took place at a Rock & Brews. The lawsuit was settled in July for an undisclosed amount, according to Consequence of Sound.
Meanwhile, Simmons mother, Flora Klein, 92, died yesterday.
