STOCKHOLM, Sweden (CelebrityAccess) — Swedish event management software maker Jetty announced that they’ve struck a series of deals with European partners including FKP Scorpio Sweden, a subsidiary of the German concert and festival promoter.
“We are very pleased and proud to start a partnership with FKP Scorpio Sweden, and that they have chosen Jetty as their event management system,” said Jetty CEO Dan Sonesson.
Jetty also revealed that they’d signed their first client in neighboring Norway — The Second Theater in Oslo.
According to Sonesson, Jetty views the Norwegian market as a natural avenue of expansion, particularly it’s institutions such as theaters and opera houses.
“Institutions are an area we have not previously been active in, but the Jetty business system works well and has the potential to become a major future market, both locally and globally,” Sonesson added.
Jetty AB, which launched in 2011, sells and operates Jetty, a business and event management software platform.
The company’s current client roster includes The Roskilde Festival, Göteborg & Co, Liseberg, Svenska Konståkningsförbundet, Malmö City, Stureplansgruppen Event, Epicenter and Stockholm City.
The financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.
