MEMPHIS (CelebrityAccess) – Shelby County Environmental Court Judge Patrick Dandridge has issued a deadline to all parties involved in the future of Aretha Franklin’s former south Memphis home.

According to The Associated Press, the parties have 45 days to restore the dilapidated structure, which was originally ordered for demolition and has been vacant for years.

Franklin, who was born in the house in 1942, left Memphis with her family as a toddler.

The deadline has been set for October 16th.
