RIVIERA MAYA, Mexico (CelebrityAccess) — Dead & Company announced that they are heading back to Mexico early next year for the second installment of Playing in the Sand destination vacation concert early next year in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The 4-5 night all-inclusive vacation package includes three nights of performances by Dead & Company from January 17th – January 20th, 2019.
The event is being hosted by the Carribean resort Barceló Maya Grand, which is located on coastline along Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula, stretching from Puerto Morales in the North, to Tulum in the South.
Apart from the Dead & Company performances, other activities included in the package for the event include tequila and craft beer tastings, bowling, beach games, daily yoga sessions and late night karaoke for the nocturnal folks.
2019 marks the second year that Dead & Company have teamed up with CID Presents, who produce a range of similar events, pairing artists such as Phish and Luke Bryan with vacation getaways.
Packages for the tour range from $1,700 per person to almost $10,000 a head for the deluxe resort stay.
Playing In The Sand 2019 packages go on sale to those who attended the inaugural event beginning Monday, August 20 at 1 p.m. ET. Interested parties are asked to register ahead of time to take part in presales.
