HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (CelebrityAccess) – According to The Hollywood Reporter, Oscar-winning duo Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will once again team up to create the score for director Trey Edwards Shults’ new musical drama Waves.
The film, which is reportedly a coming-of-age tale that illustrates two contrasting suburban teen love stories, is the follow-up to Shults’ acclaimed It Comes By Night and is slated to begin filming in South Florida soon.
Reznor and Ross have previously worked together on the Grammy-winning soundtrack to 2013’s The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, 2014’s Gone Girl, and 2016’s Before the Flood. They also took home the Oscar for Best Original Score in 2011 for their work on The Social Network.
