LONDON, UK (CelebrityAccess) – According to ITV, an independent investigation has uncovered evidence that secondary ticketing website Viagogo is advertising tickets it doesn’t actually have.
Undercover footage shows a man who admitted working for the company, claiming they sent him to an Ed Sheeran concert at Wembley to buy tickets from scalpers on the ground to give to Viagogo’s customers. Interestingly, the “Shape of You” singer previously banned the ticketing website from selling tickets to his shows.
If the accusations hold true, this is a pretty open and shut case of fraud on the part of Viagogo.
