HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (CelebrityAccess) The four-part Fifth Harmony wrapped its tour May 13 at the Hard Rock Live at the Event Center in Hollywood, Fla., saying goodbye to fans and making it clear that the farewell could be for a very long time.
The singing group, which began in 2012 on the second season of “The X Factor,” lost Carmila Cabello as a member in 2016, insisted it would continue forward as a four-piece as individual members worked on solo projects.

The members announced a few months ago that they were going on break as soon as their PSA tour wrapped.
“After six years going hard, non stop, we also realized that in order to stay authentic to ourselves and to you, we do need to take some time for now to go on hiatus from Fifth Harmony in order to pursue solo endeavors,” they said.
We couldn’t have asked for a better final show, thank you to everyone who came out tonight! Florida, we love you! You’re forever in OUR hearts 💖

As of last night, it sounded as if they were going away, as a group, for a long, long time.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better final show, thank you to everyone who came out tonight! Florida, we love you! You’re forever in OUR hearts,” the group tweeted.
The group’s Lauren Jauregui simply wrote, “thank you.”
