The wrestler, real name Thomas M. Sullivan, died at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, according to the WWE.
“The driver of the truck stayed here on the scene,” Ross Detective Brian Kohlepp told the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. “At this point in the investigation, there is no indication that this was anything other than a terrible accident.”
Sullivan and his brother, “Handsome” Jimmy, had their heyday in the 1970s and early 80s wresting as The Valiant Brothers.
They won the World Tag Team Championship in 1974 and the tandem titles again in 1979, this time under the management of Captain Lou Albano. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1996.
