LONDON (CelebrityAccess) – Just a month after Concord Music consolidated their publishing operation, the company has announced the formation of their new international A&R team.

Led by Executive Vice President of Worldwide Creative in London, Kim Frankiewicz, the team will integrate members at Concord’s operations around the world.

“We pooled a wondrous amount of talent when Imagem Music Group, Bicycle Music Company, and Razor & Tie Publishing joined forces,” Frankiewicz said. “As a result, we’ve now merged the best in the industry and have a truly outstanding international A&R team.”

Frankiewicz’s staff in the UK includes Harri Davies and Ed Poston, Senior Creative, Olly Manhi, Creative Manager, and in Berlin, Leo Chantzaras, Senior International Creative.

Kim Frankiewicz began her career in music management in her home nation of Australia, working with artists including INXS and The Models at MMA Agency before transitioning to a senior post in the company’s publishing unit. In 1997, she moved across the Pacific to take a post as VP of International at Universal Music Publishing, transferring to the London office in 2000. In 2012 she joined Imagem as Managing Director for Imagem Music UK, signing and handling interactions with artists and writers including Daft Punk, Kaiser Chiefs, Mark Ronson, Cathy Dennis, and Justin Parker as well as overseeing administration deals such as with Pink Floyd Music Publishing.

Jeremy Yohai will work out of Concord Music’s New York office as Head of Creative (US). Reporting to Yohai will be Michelle Fantus, Senior Creative Director (NY), and Grace Adeyemo, Creative Manager (LA). Yohai and Frankiewicz will co-manage Creative Consultant Anna Carpenter (NY).

Prior to joining Concord, Jeremy was the VP of Global A&R at Downtown Music Publishing where he oversaw the worldwide A&R staff, new artist signings, and the Downtown roster which included Andrew Wyatt/Miike Snow, Santigold, and pop writers/producers Rock Mafia, Shea Taylor, and Sacha Skarbek, among others. Before joining Downtown, Jeremy worked in Creative Services at ASCAP.

In the company’s Los Angeles offices, Tom DeSavia has been brought onto the team as Senior Vice President of Artist Relations and Creative, while Brad Kennard will operate from Concord’s Nashville outlet. Jen Duke, Creative Manager, will be based there as well, and report to Kennard.

Based in Concord Music’s new Nashville offices, Brad Kennard will serve as Vice President of Creative. Jen Duke, Creative Manager, will also be based in Nashville and report to Kennard. Kennard came to Concord through the company’s acquisition of Razor & Tie Music Publishing Nashville, where he served as VP of A&R.
