LONDON (CelebrityAccess) — With under three weeks to go before the conference was due to start, organizers for the International Live Music Conference (ILMC) announced that the event has fully sold out.

“All tickets for the ‘Close Encounters of the 30th Kind’-themed anniversary conference, which kicks off with Tuesday 6 March’s 30th Birthday Blast-Off, have now been snapped up, as well as for the Gala-ctic Dinner & Arthur Awards on Thursday 8 March,” event organizers said.

However, a limited number of passes for the 11th ILMC Production Meeting (IPM) and the tenth Green Events & Innovations (GEI) conference on March 6th can still be had, as well as a few tix for the conference’s closing dinner, organizers added.

This year marks the 30th anniversary for the London-based conference, which is considered to be one of the leading industry confabs. This year’s conference, which features a ‘close encounters’ theme, will include panels and workshops on topics ranging from the secondary ticketing market to the growing influence of the festival market.

Announced panels include:

Festival Forum: Overjoyed or overblown?, which will see Festival Republic’s Melvin Benn, C3 Presents’ Charles Attal, Anders Wahren from Roskilde Festival and FKP Scorpio’s Stephan Thanscheidt discuss the state of the international market.

Joining Natasha Bent for Gender: Calm down, what’s the fuss? will be CAA’s Emma Banks, Metropolis Music’s Raye Cosbert, Dame Helena Morrissey from Legal & General, Folkert Koopmans from FKP Scorpio, and the Royal Albert Hall’s Lucy Noble.

Exploring Country Music: New roads alongside Ben Martin of Marshall Arts, will be Milly Olykan from C2C Festival/AEG Presents UK, Country Music Association chair Sarah Trahern, Mojo Concert’s Bertus de Blaauw, BBC radio DJ Bob Harris and UTA’s Sean Goulding.

And in Brexit 2025: Looking Back, host and UK Music CEO Michael Dugher will be joined on stage by Dr Dick Molenaar of All Arts Tax Advisors, Okan Tombulca from eps GmbH, Oleg Gaidar from Artist & Entertainer Visas Global, and Annabella Coldrickfrom Music Managers’ Forum (MMF).

The conference also includes the annual industry-focused Arthur Awards, which, this year, will be hosted by CAA agent extraordinaire Emma Banks.
