LOS ANGELES (CelebrityAccess) Elton John has added second shows in various markets to an already-extensive farewell tour while Willie Nelson, still suffering from a bout of flu, says he needs more time off and has canceled his February dates.

John’s new dates being in October with a show at NYCB Live / Home fo The Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum on Long Island Oct., 9. A second show was added to Boston’s TD Garden Nov. 6. Then there are two new shows at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill., two shows at Minneapolis’ Target Center, and second shows added to Brooklyn’s Barclays Center and Sunrise, Fla.’s BB&T Center. The full new list of shows follows:

Meanwhile, Nelson, who canceled his January dates because of the flu, said through his publicist that he will need “a few extra weeks to recover completely.” The press release said Nelson, 84, is moving about and looking “healthy as ever” but is under doctor’s orders to rest his voice. Nelson stated that “I will see you all down the road.

Nelson, who ended a concert in August because of respiratory issues, has his next scheduled date March 5 in Greenville, S.C. Affected dates are as follows:
