LONG BEACH, CA (CelebrityAccess) Dan Spellens, 67, longtime manager of the Long Beach Arena and Theatre, died after a battle with Lou Gehrig’s Disease Jan. 29, his wife, Melanie, confirmed to CelebrityAccess.
Spellens, a part of the SMG family, was also an agent for acts like Fleetwood Mac and Journey, among others. His memorial service is planned for Long Beach’s Temple Israel Feb. 8.
