PASO ROBLES, CALIF. (CelebrityAccess) Los Angeles-based Nederlander Concerts has announced it has signed another multiyear contract with the young, 3,300-capacity Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles, Calif.
“Vina Robles Amphitheatre is incredible, and many artists look to play a first-class venue of this size,” Nederlander Concerts CEO Alex Hodges said in a statement. “We have truly enjoyed our partnership with the team at Vina Robles Amphitheatre. The venue is great for tour routing and fits perfectly with Nederlander’s focus on mid-sized venues. It is a beautiful venue, which has changed the music landscape along the Central Coast.”
This year’s lineup includes the Jethro Tull 50th Anniversary Tour, Jay Leno, Trevor Noah, Kidz Bob Live, and George Lopez.
“Nederlander Concerts has been a valued partner with Vina Robles Amphitheatre since 2014, and we are excited to continue our relationship and to bring the best in live entertainment to the region,” Vina Robles Amphitheatre GM Paul Leatherman said.
The length of the contract was not disclosed. Nederlander, long associated with L.A.’s Greek Theatre, operates several midsize venues like the Hollywood Pantages Theatre, City National Grove of Anaheim, City National Civic Center of San Jose, and Papa Murphy’s Park at Cal Expo in Sacramento.
