ORLANDO, Florida (CelebrityAccess) Rihanna has asked for an end to gun violence hours after her cousin was gunned down in her native Barbados.
Police were investigating the Dec. 26 shooting of 21-year-old Tavon Kaiseen Alleyne who was gunned down in the St. Michael district of Caribbean country, according to Nation News. Alleyne was reportedly walking near his home when a man approached him and shot him several times before fleeing the scene, police said. Alleyne was rushed to the hospital where he died of his injuries.
“RIP cousin… can’t believe it was just last night that I held you in my arms! never thought that would be the last time I felt the warmth in your body!!!” Rihanna posted immediately after the shooting. “Love you always man!
