IRVINE, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Ticketing and marketing company Paciolan agreed to acquire the assets of ticketing company TicketsWest and live events promoter WestCoast Entertainment.

Founded in 1987, TicketsWest is one of the largest ‘full service’ ticketing companies in the U.S., offering ticketing services as well as marketing and data analytics across a wide swath of entertainment, including performing arts, college sports and multi-purpose venues, and arenas.
TicketsWest current president Dusty Kurtz will remain at the helm of the company and Paciolan said the company’s management team would remain in place after the transition.
Also included in the deal was WestCoast Entertainment, a production, and promotion company based in the Pacific Northwest. Led by President Jack Lucas, the company’s primary focus is on concerts and theatrical productions such as touring Broadway shows.
Dusty Kurtz will continue to lead TicketsWest in his role as president. The leadership team and TicketsWest regional staff will remain in their current positions and will continue to deliver quality ticketing and marketing services to their clients.
