Based in Los Angeles, Hamamura joins Anthem Entertainment from the Aloha Music Group where she has been the Chief Creative Officer for the past seven years.<\/p>\n
Previously, Hamamura served as VP of A&R for Hollywood Records, where she involved with artists there including Ludacris, T-Pain, and Jesse McCartney, and as General Manager at Mercury Records, where she worked with artists including Hanson, Brian McKnight, Morrissey, Chuck D, and The Mighty Mighty Bosstones.<\/p>\n
In her new role, Hamamura will report directly to Anthem Entertainment CEO Helen Murphy, and will travel between the Anthem offices in New York, Nashville, London and Toronto as needed.<\/p>\n
The Anthem Entertainment label team will now report directly to her.<\/p>\n
