The combined company, which will operate under a new name to be announced at a later date, will be led by chairman Cindi Berger and CEO Mark Owens. The company’s new leadership structure will also include Alan Nierob as chairman of the entertainment division; Shirley Hughes, who will manage the brand marketing practice as president; Bill Rosenthal, who will be COO\/CFO; and Brad Cafarelli and Fran Curtis who are set to be vice chairmen in LA and NYC, respectively, on the entertainment side.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
