In her newly-created role, Klein will lead Ticketmaster’s legal, government affairs, public policy, and human resources teams, reporting to Ticketmaster President Jared Smith.<\/p>\n

Klein brings two decades of experience to Ticketmaster with expertise that includes corporate governance, software and SaaS licensing, intellectual property strategy and management, mergers & acquisitions, and international expansion, the company said.<\/p>\n
Klein most recently served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel at hotel booking platform, HotelTonight. Prior to HotelTonight, Klein was General Counsel at travel website Kayak, and led the global legal team at Kayak’s rival Orbitz.<\/p>\n
