Variety Artists has settled with the Black Promoters Association in the antitrust and discrimination lawsuit filed by the BPA. Terms of the settlement from last week were kept confidential. Variety Artists is the second agency to settle with the BPA; Agency for the Performing Artists settled a few months ago.
