R&B singer Usher has postponed the start of his winter tour due to surgery on a dislocated shoulder. His Dec 6 kick off date has now been moved to April. Usher dislocated his shoulder during a dance rehearsal and underwent surgery Nov 12. Doctors ordered three months for recovery.
