In early June, Ticketmaster will lay off 221 full-and part-time employees
at a call center in downtown Orlando, reports the Orlando Sentinel. TM said
it's consolidating its ticket sales call center operations around the country.
The Orlando center will retain 115 employees who will handle customer service and take
reservations for campsites through its Reserve America subsidiary.
