ZURICH, Switzerland (CelebrityAccess) — Live Nation's ticketing unit Ticketmaster, announced that they are launch expanding their presence in Europe with the launch of a new operation in Switzerland.
The launch of the new office was developed through a partnership between Ticketmaster and local ticketing firm, tixtec, headed up by industry veteran George Egloff.
Ticketmaster's new Swiss office means the ticketing giant has an official presence in 30 countries around the world.
“Ticketmaster is the global leader in ticketing and to be part of the team that is bringing its technology and service to Switzerland is truly an honour. The collaboration represents a huge milestone in live entertainment, and will significantly benefit Swiss fans, venues, sports clubs and event organisers alike,” Egloff said.
