Barbra's Steisand's concert special, "Barbra Streisand: Timeless," won four statuettes at the 53rd Annual Emmy Awards November 4 at the Shubert Theater in Century City, California. The FO-TV special took home the awards for Performance in a Variety or Music Program; Music Direction (for Marvin Hamlisch); Technical Direction/Camerawork/Video for a Miniseries, Movie, or Special; and Sound Mixing for a Variety or Music Series or Special.
The normally stage-shy Streisand closed the show, performing "You'll Never Walk Alone."
