Manager Chelsey Millikin Dead At 67

Manager Chesley Millikin died September 20 after a long battle with emphysema. He was 67.

Millikin is credited with discovering and managing Stevie Ray Vaughan after he moved to Austin, Texas in 1980 from his hometown of Dublin, Ireland.
