Waylon Jennings postponed concerts in Phoenix (Nov 16) and Tucson (17) after having leg surgery in Phoenix. The Country Music Hall of Famer suffers from peripheral vascular disease, which makes it difficult for him to walk. He had one operation in April and another Nov. 8 to improve circulation in his leg.
